LANYARDS

Silkscreen: $50.00(V) per color (1" approximate spacing between logos, asymmetrical step and repeat). 1 color/position run-charge is included. Additional color run-charge is $0.15(V) ea. Back side running charge is $0.15(V) per color.

Heat Transfer (Dye-Sublimation): $80.00(V) (up to 3 colors excluding white). Please submit us the logo to determine number of plate needed. Minimum quantity for sublimation is 1,000 pcs. (please inquire if a little less than 1,000 pcs). 1 side run-charge is $0.40(V) cover all colors. Back-side run-charge is $0.20(V) covers all the colors as the front side. Set Up Charge for 4th to 6th (maximum 6 colors, if necessary) colors is $50(V) per color with no additional run-charges.

Woven-in: $80.00(V) per color (up to 3 colors). Minimum quantity for wovenin is 1,000 pcs. $120(V) LTM will be applied for less than 1,000 pcs. (please inquire if less than 1,000 pcs). Please submit logo so we can assist you in determining the type of lanyard you'll need. Lead Time: 2-3 weeks for silkscreened orders, other processes require 5-7 weeks, Please call factory for more detail.

BADGE HOLDERS

Silkscreen: $50.00(V) per color. Additional position/color running charge is $0.50(V)

Embroidery: A one-time tape charge of $25.00(V) per 1,000 stitches up to 5,000 stitches will be charged [$20.00(V) per 1,000 stitches thereafter, in addition to a Set Up charge of $50.00(V) and a running charge are required. No tape charge if disk is supplied (Tajima format preferred) Embroidery Running charge: $2.50(V) each. 50-99 pcs. Add $0.40(V) per 1,000 stitches thereafter.

Includes 5,000 stitches $2.25(V) each. 100-250 pcs Add $0.35(V) per 1,000 stitches thereafter. Up to 6 colors $2.00(V) each. 250+ pcs. Add $0.30(V) per 1,000 stitches thereafter.

Swatch Sample: $15.00(V) plus shipping (2-4 working days additional lead time) PMS Color Match: $20(V) for each silkscreen color. $120.00(V) for custom PMS lanyard color (min. 1,000pcs) Additional Paper Proof: $15.00(V) each proof after the 2nd alteration.

Pre-Production & Spec Sample: $30.00(V) charge in addition to the set-up charges, the cost of item, and shipping.

Regular production time will apply. Standard Lead Time: 2-3 Weeks for embroidery and silkscreen imprint, 3-4 weeks for heat transfer and woven-in processes. (Please call factory for availability on rush services). For custom projects, please call factory for approximate lead time. Lanyard, clear ID holder, and its accessories are manufactured overseas upon confirmation of order.

Regular badge holders are stocked and produced.
